~IMPORTANT EXTENDED ORDER TURNAROUND TIME NOTIFICATION, PLEASE READ~
Due to my upcoming annual overseas trip from January 3, 2020 through February 12, 2020, orders received during this time will have an extended turnaround time, longer than our standard 3 to 4 weeks.
Please note that ALL orders placed from 12/28/2019 to 2/12/2020 WILL NOT be processed until my return back to the office on 2/15/2020. These orders will be promptly processed starting 2/15/2020, in the order of which they were received. Please feel free email me or send me an Etsy convo if you have any products & delivery questions or to get an estimated delivery date for your order. I will communicate via email/convo during my overseas trip.
All orders are shipped by either USPS Priority Mail which is our standard mailing method or Fedex Ground. Generally, shipments under $100 and 1 lb. in weight ship via US Priority Mail. Shipments over $100 and/or over 1 lb. in weight ship via Fedex Ground.

(Express Mail does not include order processing time, it is only a faster way to ship, takes two business days instead of 5 business days if ship by standard mail, Fedex 2 day express does not apply to international orders, we do offer US Express International shipping for international orders, please refer to our International Orders Section below).

For non-personalized orders
, please allow 7 business days for processing of items in stock, and shipping transit time will take additional 5 to 6 business days. We will notify you right a way on items that are out of stock.
Applicable sales tax will be added for delivery to residents of Washington State.
Gift Wrapping Service
We currently do not offer gift wrapping service.
All personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, please verify your entries carefully before submitting your order.
For non-personalized items, due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for defective merchandise and such returns will require an authorization number. We reserve the right to issue refund on unauthorized returns, we have to examine the condition of the merchandise and only if they are in the original condition and within 15 days of purchase, refund may be issued, however, shipping and handling charge are non-refundable. We will refuse any returns on personalized items.
