Shipping and Delivery
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.
For
non-personalized orders, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing of items in stock, and shipping transit time will take additional 5 to 6 business days. We will notify you right a way on items that are out of stock. You will not be charged until 24 hours prior to order is shipped.
For
personalized orders, please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing plus ground shipping transit time takes additional 5 to 6 business days, total turn around time for all personalized orders takes approximately 3 weeks from the date the order is placed for delivery, large orders may takes additional days. If you need your order sooner, please email us or call us to confirm if the requested delivery date can be met before submitting your order, you will be given a rush confirmation#, we make every effort to accommodate your request.
For
rush personalized orders, please contact Alice at 425-391-0888 or by email for further assistance. As our customer service to you, we do not charge a rush fee, however, certain advance notice and additional express shipping charge are required. All rush orders will need a confirmation # from us otherwise they will fall under the normal turn around time of approx. 2-3 week for delivery.
Since most of our orders are for special events: bridal showers, weddings, birthdays, etc., you are welcome and highly recommeded to leave a specific date that you would like your order by under the shipping options when the order is placed to assist us on delivering your orders on time. The delivery deadline does not apply to rush orders.
All orders are shipped by either USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground or UPS Ground. Generally, shipments under $100 and 1 lb. in weight ship via US Priority Mail. Shipments over $100 and/or over 1 lb. in weight ship via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground.
For
International orders, they will be shipped via International First Class Mail
(deliver time varies according to the US Postal Service), the usual delivery time takes about 4 weeks from the date the order is placed which include the longer transit time required by the US Postal Service for international shipments, and the processing time for your order. Please note the the shipping and the handling fee for international orders does not include any duties imposed on your order by your country, thelaceshop.com will not be held responsible for these charges. You are responsible for paying any local custom charges if any imposed by your government.
thelaceshop.com is not responsible for packages that are delayed during transit. While most International orders are delivered in 4 weeks, we do not guarantee delivery by any specific date and cannot be held liable if your package arrives late due to custom delays, weather delays, mis-routing or any other reasons caused by the Postal Service and your local postal serice and custom office.
There is no returns/exchanges on all International orders, please review all information on your order carefully before submitting your order.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added for delivery to residents of Washington State.
Return Policy
All personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, please verify your entries carefully before submitting your order.
For non-personalized items, due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for defective merchandise and such returns will require an authorization number. We reserve the right to issue refund on unauthorized returns, we have to examine the condition of the merchandise and only if they are in the original condition and within 15 days of purchase, refund may be issued, however, shipping and handling charge are non-refundable. We will refuse any returns on personalized items.
